3) 48 A 130,  0.1 acre, parcel holds the interconnection point with the CVEC power line. at intersection of Rt. 639 and 617, adjacent to the 639 bridge over the Rockfish R.  It can be seen on Deed Book 198 page 570.
4) 61A 12A, 1.0 acre

These 3 parcels are all owned by Blue Sky Investments, LLC (which also operates under the name 'Blue Sky Power')

Another piece of the real estate picture is the easement for the powerline which runs 1.8 miles from the powerplant to the interconnection point.
The powerline was cleared and repaired in 2007-2008 and is in good shape.
